Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Franchise Sales Manager, based in Mumbai. The Franchise Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new franchise opportunities, generating leads, and managing franchisee relationships. Responsibilities include creating business plans, guiding prospects through the franchising process, and ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and values. As part of the role, collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive strategic and operational objectives is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Franchise Sales and a thorough understanding of Franchising processes
• Strong skills in Business Planning, including strategizing and operational implementation
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and comprehensive knowledge of lead nurturing techniques
• Excellent Communication skills, including negotiation and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the fitness, health, or lifestyle industry is an advantage
• Proficiency with CRM tools and franchise management systems is a plus
