Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Franchise Sales Manager to drive franchise expansion and business growth in the assigned region. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in franchise development, on-ground sales activities, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Expand franchise network within the assigned territory as per regional business goals.
• Identify, validate, and sign up new franchise partners at suitable locations.
• Generate high-quality prospects through on-ground activities and market outreach.
• Conduct business presentations and assess the potential of prospective partners.
• Drive revenue through franchise fee collection from new sign-ups.
• Monitor and share market intelligence for territory development.
• Ensure adherence to processes, documentation, and reporting standards.
• Create and maintain reports as per function guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in franchise sales/expansion.
• Strong understanding of franchise onboarding, territory development, and pipeline management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently as an individual contributor.
• Strong field-sales orientation and local market knowledge (preferred).
