Franchise Sales Manager

Job Title: Franchise Sales Head (Work From Home) Company: ROWDY CAFE (Franchise Division) Location: Work From Home Job Type: Full-Time Job Responsibilities: Conduct daily webinars for potential franchise investors. Take regular follow-ups with hot/warm leads and drive them toward closure. Prepare and present high-quality presentations during webinars and one-on-one calls. Achieve monthly franchise sales targets consistently. Maintain CRM discipline and ensure timely updates on lead status. Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding, documentation, and support. Contribute to improving webinar scripts, sales pitches, and presentations for better conversions. Required Experience & Skills:Minimum 2–4 years of experience in franchise sales (F&B preferred but not mandatory). Must have experience in handling investor inquiries of ₹10–15 lakhs ticket size. Excellent communication skills with strong convincing ability. Experience in conducting webinars, seminars, or online sales presentations is highly preferred. Ability to work independently and meet monthly revenue targets. Work From Home Requirements: A quiet workspace with professional background for webinars. Laptop/PC, high-speed internet, and basic accessories (mic, webcam, lighting). Ability to conduct 2–3 webinars daily as per schedule.
