Sales Execution on Key Matrix: Monthly personal minimum expectation of fitness coach is INR 75,000 in personal coaching sales, minimum 15 sessions serviced per week, 10 members per class in each class taught, and sell INR 10,000 in merchandise and supplement sales per month. You will be responsible for coaching individuals and groups, developing training plans, and ensuring athletes meet their performance goals in a safe and motivating environment. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement personalized MMA training programs for clients of various skill levels. Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions, focusing on striking, grappling, conditioning, and technique. Teach disciplines such as Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), Boxing, Wrestling, and Kickboxing. Monitor athlete performance and progress, making adjustments to training as needed. Educate clients on proper form, safety, nutrition, and injury prevention. Prepare fighters for amateur or professional competitions (if applicable). Maintain cleanliness and organization of training facilities. Assist in marketing and promotion of MMA classes and events. Keep up-to-date with the latest training methods, equipment, and industry standards. Requirements: MMA Trainer Certification from a recognized body (e.g., IMMAF, USA MMA, ACE MMA, etc.). Proven experience in training MMA or combat sports. Proficiency in multiple disciplines (e.g., BJJ, Muay Thai, Wrestling, Boxing). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
