Job Description

The Franchise Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and supporting Beat Educations’ franchisees to ensure brand consistency, operational efficiency, and business growth. This role involves training, compliance management, performance monitoring, and fostering strong relationships with franchise partners.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Franchisee Support & Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisees, addressing operational concerns and providing guidance.

  • Conduct regular check-ins and site visits to ensure adherence to brand standards.
  • Foster a collaborative environment to drive franchisee success.


2.Training & Onboarding:

  Develop and implement training programs for new and existing franchisees.

  • Ensure franchisees understand company policies, operational procedures, and sales/marketing strategies.


3.Performance Monitoring & Compliance:

  • Track franchisee performance using KPIs and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, legal requirements, and franchise agreements.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to maintain quality control.


3.Process Improvement & Best Practices:

  • Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Share best practices across the franchise network to enhance productivity and profitability.


4.Marketing & Business Growth Support:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure franchisees execute local and national campaigns effectively.
  • Assist franchisees in implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.


5.Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain records of franchisee communications, performance metrics, and compliance reports.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on franchise operations.


Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Franchise Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in franchise operations, business management, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of franchise business models and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
  • Willingness to travel to franchise locations as needed.
