Franchise Operations Manager

As the Manager of Franchise Operations at Ideal Chicken, you will be the primary contact for all franchise partners. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing the entire franchise process, from partner onboarding to store setup, operations, and ongoing support, ensuring that each franchise outlet upholds company standards and maintains consistent business performance. Key Responsibilities: - Guide new franchise applicants through the approval process, including application submission, investment details, SOP briefing, and acceptance declaration. - Conduct site visits to assess the feasibility of proposed locations and coordinate with management for fees and deposits collection. - Facilitate the signing of franchise agreements and maintain accurate documentation throughout the process. - Provide support to franchise partners during store setup until business commencement. - Ensure that franchise outlets adhere to all SOPs related to operations, hygiene, quality, branding, and pricing. - Monitor compliance with statutory licenses and food safety regulations, conducting regular store audits/visits to maintain brand consistency and operational standards. - Coordinate with central processing plants and logistics to ensure timely product supply and enforce the use of Ideal Chicken's approved supply chain by franchisees. - Offer guidance to franchisees on inventory control, wastage reduction, and daily sales reporting. - Serve as the primary contact point for franchise partners, addressing queries, issues, or support needs promptly and effectively. - Cultivate strong professional relationships with franchisees while enforcing compliance and handling conflicts or performance gaps fairly. - Provide motivation and support to franchisees in achieving sales targets. - Ensure that franchisees adhere to branding and marketing guidelines, supporting local marketing initiatives aligned with company campaigns. - Supervise customer feedback mechanisms and ensure uniform complaint handling across all outlets. - Monitor the monthly performance of franchise outlets against agreed KPIs and submit regular reports to management on franchise operations, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.,
