Company: Viswam Edutech Solutions, Hyderabad Job Title: Franchise Operations Executive Location: Pan India (Frequent Travel Required) CTC: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month Job Summary: Viswam Edutech Solutions, Hyderabad is seeking a motivated and experienced Franchise Operations Executive to manage and support our franchise network across India. The role involves extensive travel, ensuring operational excellence, and building strong relationships with franchise partners. Key Responsibilities: Travel across India to visit and support franchise outlets. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and adherence to company standards at all franchise locations. Act as the primary point of contact between the company and franchise partners. Provide training, guidance, and operational support to franchise teams. Monitor franchise performance and recommend strategies for improvement. Support in setting up new franchise outlets, including coordination and execution. Resolve operational issues promptly to maintain strong franchise relationships. Prepare regular reports on franchise performance, compliance, and challenges. Requirements: Graduate in Business Administration / Management or relevant field. 2–4 years of experience in franchise operations / business development. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (verbal & written). Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel extensively across India.
