Franchise Operations Manager Location: Chandigarh Company: Dolce vita We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Franchise Operations Manager to oversee and manage the end-to-end operations of our franchise outlets. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the company and franchise owners, ensuring smooth business operations, consistency in quality, and brand standards across all outlets. Key Responsibilities:Franchise Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for franchise owners. Maintain strong professional relationships through regular communication and support. Operations & Outlet Management: Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of all franchise outlets. Monitor store performance, staff productivity, and customer service standards. Assist in new outlet openings, including setup, training, and launch activities. Supply Chain & Inventory Management: Oversee supply chain and ensure timely delivery of stock and raw materials. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors for uninterrupted operations. Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure all outlets follow company SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards. Regularly audit outlets for quality, service, and customer satisfaction. Training & Team Development: Conduct regular training for outlet staff and managers. Guide franchise partners in improving operations, sales, and profitability. Sales & Business Growth: Monitor outlet sales and work with franchise owners to achieve business targets. Suggest promotional activities, local marketing ideas, and customer engagement strategies. Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports on outlet performance, sales, and operational challenges. Identify gaps and propose actionable solutions to management. Requirements:3–6 years of experience in F&B/QSR/retail operations. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to multitask and handle multiple outlets simultaneously. Knowledge of supply chain, food safety, and franchise management. Willingness to travel to franchise locations when required.
