Objective To define the responsibilities, workflows, and performance standards for the Franchisee Operations Manager (FOM) in supporting TRIM X franchise salons, ensuring:  Consistent brand experience  Compliance with TRIM X standards  Franchisee profitability and satisfaction  Continuous business growth Role Overview The Franchisee Operations Manager (FOM) acts as the bridge between TRIM X Corporate Team and Franchise Owners, providing operational, marketing, and training support to ensure the smooth and profitable running of each franchise unit. Scope Applies to all TRIM X Franchise Outlets (current and upcoming) across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Core Responsibilities # Function Key Activities SLA / Frequency 1 Onboarding & Setup Support - Guide new franchisee through store setup, procurement, hiring, and branding.- Coordinate with design, procurement, and IT teams for smooth handover. Within 15 days pre-launch 2 Operations Audit & Compliance - Conduct monthly operational audits.- Verify adherence to service SOPs, hygiene, grooming standards, and store ambience.- Ensure POS, pricing, offers, and branding consistency. Monthly per outlet 3 Sales & Performance Monitoring - Review weekly sales, ticket size, and client retention.- Identify gaps and propose corrective action plans.- Share weekly performance reports with HO. Weekly 4 Franchise Relationship Management - Act as single point of contact (SPOC) for franchisee.- Conduct monthly review calls and quarterly business reviews.- Resolve franchise concerns within agreed timelines. Response within 24 hrs; resolution within 72 hrs 5 Training & Staff Support - Coordinate with Training Department to schedule induction and skill refreshers.- Ensure franchisee teams complete mandatory training modules.- Track stylist performance metrics. Quarterly 6 Marketing & Local Promotions - Support franchisee in local campaigns and festive offers.- Coordinate with HO marketing for creatives and digital push.- Track ROI on campaigns. As per campaign calendar 7 Customer Experience & Feedback - Monitor client feedback, complaints, Google Reviews, etc.- Ensure prompt resolution via Franchisee/HO.- Escalate recurring issues to Brand Head. 100% closure within 48 hrs 8 Inventory & Procurement - Verify adherence to approved vendor list and stock levels.- Conduct random checks for pilferage or non-standard products.- Track cost of goods sold (COGS). Bi-monthly 9 Financial & Reporting - Review P&L, expense heads, and royalty payments.- Support franchisee with financial discipline and reporting. Monthly 10 Expansion & Growth - Identify high-performing franchisees for multi- unit opportunities.- Provide inputs for location feasibility studies. As needed
