You will also manage and supervise the execution of high-priority domestic and wedding orders, develop and oversee district-level seasonal marketing and promotional campaigns, and ensure consistent brand representation through visual merchandising and layout design. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking franchise performance metrics and submitting detailed reports to senior leadership. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, along with 5-7 years of experience in franchise operations, retail management, or B2B/B2C sales. A proven track record in managing retail expansions or multi-location projects will be advantageous.
