Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graphics Designer, located in Erode. The Graphics Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs, developing brand elements, and working on logo design, typography, and overall graphic design projects. Day-to-day tasks include developing creative concepts, ensuring brand consistency, and collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality designs that align with the company's vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, product packaging, catalogs, and banners.
• Create digital graphics for social media posts, advertisements, websites, and email campaigns.
• Develop and maintain the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all visual communications.
• Work closely with the marketing and branding team to ensure consistent brand identity across all channels.
• Edit and enhance photos, illustrations, and videos as required.
• Prepare design files for printing and digital publishing with correct specifications.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the brand visuals fresh and modern.
• Stay updated with the latest design, video editing, and social media trends to keep content fresh and engaging.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD,
• Create AI Based Images (ChatGPT, Gemini AI, etc...)
• After Effects, etc.) or equivalent tools (Canva, Figma).
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong creative eye.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual
• Communication, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design (freshers with strong portfolios may also apply).
• Experience in digital marketing design (social media creatives, ads, etc.) is an added advantage.
