We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven *Sales Executive* to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting tailored marketing solutions, and driving revenue growth. This role demands excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing services, and a passion for achieving targets. *Key Responsibilities:* 1. *Client Acquisition & Lead Generation:* - Identify and approach potential clients through networking, cold calls, and inbound leads. - Develop and nurture a strong pipeline of prospects. 2. *Consultative Selling:* - Understand client needs and propose customized digital marketing solutions, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, web development, and more. - Present proposals and demonstrate the value of services in meeting client business goals. 3. *Relationship Management:* - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the sales cycle. 4. *Market Analysis:* - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities. - Provide insights and feedback to the marketing team for campaign adjustments. 5. *Sales Strategy & Reporting:* - Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis. - Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain accurate client records in CRM software. *Qualifications & Skills:* - *Experience:* 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or related industries. - *Education:* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not mandatory). - *Skills:* - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Self-motivated and target-oriented with the ability to work independently. - Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office. *What We Offer:* - Competitive salary with attractive commission structures. - Opportunities for professional growth and training. - Collaborative and innovative work environment. - Exposure to the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
