Our Click and Collect Store is a unique Virtual Experience Centre designed to bring you the best of both online convenience and in-store service. It allows customer to browse and order customer’s favourite gold jewellery online and collect it at your nearest C&C Store, all while enjoying the lowest Value Addition (VA) cost in India

Salary: 3.6 Lacs to 7.2 Lacs per Annum + Performance Incentive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Franchisee Expansion Manager/Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our Click & Collect store network across Tamil Nadu. The role involves identifying potential franchise partners, presenting the business model, coordinating store setup, and ensuring successful store launches before moving on to new franchise development.

Candidates with prior experience in chain store expansion, especially in textiles or branded retail showrooms, will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential franchise partners across Tamil Nadu
• Conduct initial discussions and explain the Click & Collect business model
• Qualify prospects and convert them to second-level management discussions
• Support franchisee finalisation and onboarding process
• Assist in store location identification and evaluation
• Coordinate with interior, project, and branding teams for store setup
• Track timelines and support store launch activities

Candidate Profile

• 5–10 years experience in:
• Retail expansion
• Franchise development
• Chain store rollout
• Preferred background:
• Textile showrooms
• Branded retail chains
• Jewellery / lifestyle retail
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu
• Ability to work independently and close franchise opportunities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
