Jewellery Sales Executive - Coimbatore

As a Jewellery Sales Executive in Coimbatore, you will be an integral member of our sales team. You will be responsible for enhancing the customer experience by offering expert advice on our range of jewelry items, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales goals. This position requires a high level of customer interaction and a passion for jewelry.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewellery pieces.
• Provide detailed information about jewellery products including their features and benefits.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain the visual appearance and organization of the store.
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Follow up with potential customers to enhance sales opportunities.
• Stay updated on new products and industry trends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
