Franchise Acquisition Manager - Job Description Brand: WashCraft® Dry Cleaning Co. (Basil Business Solutions Pvt Ltd) Location: Delhi NCR (travel as required) Department: Franchise Development Reports To: Founder/Director Overview of the Position The Franchise Acquisition Manager shall be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding high-quality Franchise Partners into the WashCraft system, who share core values with WashCraft of Reliability, Transparency, and Hygiene-First service. This role ensures steady expansion and brings premium investors and serious entrepreneurs into the WashCraft® network. Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Prospecting · Identify potential franchise investors through digital channels, referrals, exhibitions, events, and field networking. · Handle all inbound leads from the website, WhatsApp, calls, and social media. 2. Franchise Sales & Conversion · WashCraft Franchise Models for different Investment, ROI, Operation Responsibilities, Brand Value Proposition · Conduct discovery calls, video meetings, and in-person discussions to qualify investors. · Present the franchise kit, business plan, and location requirements confidently. · Drive end-to-end sales closure with transparency and professionalism. 3. Investor Relationship Management · Build credibility with premium investors and women entrepreneurs who will resonate with the disciplined business culture of WashCraft. · Understand investor expectations and clearly guide them through SOP-based operations. 4. Evaluation of Prospects · Screen serious investors vs. negotiators/ time-pass leads. · Assess intent, financial capability, and commitment to running a hygiene-first service business. 5. Documentation & Compliance · Coordinate franchise agreements, KYC, payments, and onboarding formalities. · Ensure each transaction is conducted with the simple "fair and honest business" principle. 6. Coordination with Operations Team · Smoothly hand over newly on-boarded partners to the operations/franchise support team. · Ensure clarity on staff reimbursement, processing responsibilities, and brand discipline. 7. Market Intelligence · Keep updated on competitor franchise models, market pricing, and investor behavior in the service industries. · Share insights for the continuous improvement of the franchise offer. Skills & Qualifications · Graduate/MBA preferred. · Strong in communication, follow-up discipline, and closing deals. · Comfortable in explaining business models in simple, practical languages. · Ability to inspire confidence, thereby attracting premium investors. · Professional behavior, patience, and ethical selling approach. Key Attributes · Transparent, honest communicator. · High ownership with strong closing ability. · Presentable, confident, and investor-friendly personality. · Process-driven with a strong business understanding. No over-committing or misleading sales, aligned with WashCraft's reputation. Compensation: Fixed salary plus attractive incentives based on closures.
