Franchise Development Manager

Job Title: Franchise Development Executive Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify potential franchisees through research, networking, and industry contacts. Generate and manage leads through online platforms, trade shows, referrals, and marketing campaigns. 2. Franchise Recruitment Present franchise opportunities to prospective investors. Explain franchise models, business benefits, investment requirements, and company expectations. 3. Evaluation of Franchise Partners Assess the background, financial capacity, and suitability of potential franchisees. Conduct interviews and perform due diligence checks. 4. Franchise Sales & Conversion Follow up with leads and drive the conversion of prospects into franchise partners. Achieve franchise acquisition targets as per business plans. 5. Franchise Onboarding Assist in signing franchise agreements. Coordinate the onboarding process including documentation, training, and setup support. 6. Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with existing and new franchisees. Act as a bridge between franchisees and internal teams for smooth operations. 7. Market Research & Expansion Planning Conduct market analysis to identify potential locations and territories for expansion. Provide input for franchise growth strategy and territorial planning. 8. Marketing & Promotion Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns to attract franchise investors. Participate in franchise expos and promotional events. 9. Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate records of prospects, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions. Prepare periodic reports on franchise development activities and pipeline status. 10. Training & Support Coordination Ensure franchisees receive proper training and operational support. Help resolve franchise-related queries during initial stages of setup.
