We are hiring for "Franchise Development Manager"

Job Description

Experience : 3-6 Years
Qualification : Graduation
Salary : 6 -12 Lakhs
Location : Hyderabad and Vizag

Key Responsibilities:

1. Franchise Recruitment & Sales

• Identify and attract qualified franchise candidates through marketing campaigns, industry events, and broker networks.
• Conduct interviews and presentations to educate prospects about the franchise model.
• Manage the sales funnel from inquiry through to signed franchise agreement.

2. Strategic Territory Development

• Analyze markets to identify high-potential areas for expansion.
• Create and execute market development plans aligned with corporate goals.
• Track competitive activity and market trends.

3. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with legal, marketing, operations, and finance teams to support franchise growth.
• Ensure a smooth transition from signed agreement to new franchisee onboarding with operations support.

4. Pipeline Management & Reporting

• Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Track metrics like leads and conversion rates.
• Report progress regularly to senior leadership.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in franchise development.
• Companies Preferred: Lenskart, Lakme Salon, Eurokids, Jawed Habib Hair & Beauty, Firstcry, Kalyan Jewellers, Tata Motors etc.
• Strong understanding of franchise laws, FDD compliance, and the sales lifecycle.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Data-driven and strategic mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not always required).

Key Metrics (KPIs):

• Number of new franchises sold per quarter/year.
• Lead-to-close conversion rate.
• Time-to-close (sales cycle length).
• Market penetration in targeted territories.
• Franchisee satisfaction during onboarding.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
