fn7 builds AI-powered GTM agents that turn social conversations into customers. We’re hiring a very senior fractional leader to set positioning, stand up PR, and own the funnel end-to-end for a focused 90-day push.


Role summary

Strategy + PR + positioning + funnel oversight. Not a quota-carrying seller. You will design the growth system, capture the sales funnel, and run disciplined tests that the team can scale.


Must-Have Qualifications

  • 6+ years

    combined experience in

    Sales & Marketing

    (B2B/SaaS preferred).
  • Founder / Co-Founder, early-stage marketing lead

    experience as a startup (built GTM from zero; hands-on).
  • 3+ years

    in

    BD/Marketing/CMO

    leadership with end-to-end funnel ownership.
  • Education

    : Bachelor’s in

    Marketing/Sales

    or

    Mass Media & Communications

    ;

    MBA in Marketing preferred

    (or equivalent experience).



What you’ll do

Sales-led growth

  • Own the sales funnel: define ICPs, messaging, sources, and handoffs; instrument MQL → SQL → Opp.
  • Build founder-led sales playbooks (discovery, qualification, objection handling, social outreach).
  • Stand up BD programs (incubators/accelerators/partners), calendar, and weekly pipeline reviews.


Product-led growth

  • Clarify activation/aha metrics; tighten onboarding, lead magnets, and trial/POC flows.
  • Refresh website/LP copy and structure for conversion; set up retargeting and nurture.
  • Close the loop between product signals and outreach (usage, intent, feedback → next action).


PR & communications

  • Ship a press kit, media map, and story angles; pitch and secure 1–2 tier-1/2 placements in SEA.
  • Drive thought leadership, case studies, and social ops/social listening.


Measurement & experiments

  • Implement GTM/GA4 + CRM events; define a single-source-of-truth dashboard and weekly reporting.
  • Design small, disciplined paid tests (Google + LinkedIn) with clear hypotheses and scale/stop rules.
  • Keep an experiments log; call the bets, stop the waste, double-down on winners.


Resourcing & collaboration

  • Shortlist and manage a hands-on performance contractor.
  • Work closely with the CEO and product to align roadmap with growth signals.

  • Proven

    SEA PR

    track record; hands-on

    social listening & social ops

  • Can design lean performance tests;

    a traditional quota seller.
  • Startup/scale-up experience and comfort being hands-on.
