You might still be in design school. You might’ve dropped out.

But you live in Figma. You’ve built side projects just for fun.

You care about how software feels — not just how it looks.

You're not looking for a job. You're looking to build something.

🔥 What You’ll Do

• Design intuitive UIs for complex AI agents
• Work directly with founders and engineers
• Think in flows, not screens
• Prototype fast, test faster
• Make AI feel simple, even magical
• Add emotion to function — not just polish

✅ What You Bring

• Figma mastery — not just using components, but creating them
• Obsession with usability and micro-interactions
• Speed and taste — you ship fast, then refine
• You’ve redesigned apps, launched mini tools, or posted your work online
• Bonus: You design in public, test early, and ask for feedback

🚫 What You Won’t Get

• Clear briefs or tidy specs
• PMs buffering chaos
• A polished process
• Equity (yet) — we’re bootstrapped, not comfy
• A slow pace — this is a build fast, break smart job
