Our client is innovating the operating system for on-chain capital and finance , aiming to make DeFi yield and debt optimization accessible and efficient for everyone. They are launching a suite of products designed to unify fragmented liquidity and simplify user journeys within the decentralized finance space. This is a high-paced, challenging environment for a small, fast-moving team . They are seeking a highly driven Product Owner/Manager with a proven 0-to-1 track record. The role offers the unique opportunity to directly shape their growth trajectory and be a direct beneficiary of the success you bring. 🎯 What You’ll Do Own the product lifecycle end-to-end—from ideation to execution to post-launch iterations. Define product strategy and roadmap based on user research, protocol trends, and on-chain insights. Translate ideas into clear specs, wireframes, and user stories. Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and BD to ship high-impact features. Drive rapid experimentation, gather feedback, and iterate quickly. Define and track KPIs around adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue. Help us deliver magical, high-leverage user experiences in DeFi. ✅ You’re a Fit If You Have 3–6+ years of product management experience with at least one 0→1 journey (concept to PMF). Have also scaled a product post-PMF , ideally to tens or hundreds of thousands of users. Are passionate about crypto, DeFi, and Web3 , and can think from both user and protocol perspectives. Are curious, execution-oriented, and love building in public. Are a strong communicator who can coordinate cross-functional teams in fast-moving environments. Are data-informed, but not data-paralyzed—you test hypotheses quickly and decisively. Understand or are willing to dive deep into smart contracts, token economics, and on-chain mechanics. You’re looking for that startup thrill, and want to take on a challenge that might completely change the way you look at the world, product or finance. 💎 Bonus Points Experience working in DeFi, especially with protocols like Aave, Compound, Morpho, Superform, etc. Familiarity with on-chain analytics tools like Dune, Flipside, Nansen, etc. Experience building crypto dashboards, vaults, lending interfaces, or cross-chain UX flows.
