Founding Growth & Marketing Lead

What You’ll Own?

  • Own/execute end-to-end growth strategy, with a strong bias towards action.
  • Run performance marketing experiments (Meta, Google, etc) - test, learn, iterate.
  • Build organic presence & brand voice across LinkedIn, X, and future channels.
  • Lead product marketing - positioning, messaging, launches, narratives.
  • Work closely with the founder & product team to align growth with what we build.
  • Design and test early product-led growth loops.
  • Track key metrics (activation, retention, CAC, engagement) & drive decisions.


Your Primary Goal

  • Find and scale StapuBox’s repeatable growth channels.
  • Bring early users consistently into the product.
  • Turn users into advocates through clarity, storytelling, and experience.
  • Lay the foundation for a scalable growth and marketing function.
  • Evolve into a senior growth leadership role as the company scales.


You Should be

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity with minimal playbooks.
  • Strongly execution-oriented (you ship, test, and iterate).
  • Strategic enough to connect experiments to long-term direction.
  • Opinionated, but grounded in data and user behaviour.
  • Someone who wants ownership, accountability, and upside, not comfort.


We’d Prefer If You Have

  • 3–6 years of experience in growth, product marketing, or early-stage startups.
  • Experience taking a product from early users to meaningful traction.
  • Strong storytelling instincts - writing, positioning, narratives.
  • Familiarity with organic growth, communities, and content-led strategies.
  • Interest in sports, fitness, or consumer communities (strong plus, not mandatory).
