Key Responsibilities:

Data & Insights-Driven Decision Making:

• Leverage analytics to evaluate business performance and recommend growth strategies.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and models to track progress on key initiatives.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitive analysis, and best practices.
  

Program & Project Management:

• Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.
• Establish project governance frameworks, track milestones, and drive accountability.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to optimize execution.
  

Executive Support & Stakeholder Management:

• Act as a thought partner to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and executive briefs for leadership discussions.
• Manage leadership priorities, ensuring alignment across teams and functions.
  

Strategic Planning & Execution:

• Partner with senior leadership to define and drive corporate strategy, OKRs, and key business initiatives.
• Conduct data-driven analysis to support decision-making, business planning, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor key business metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years in Corporate Strategy, Business Consulting, or Program Management roles.
• Education: MBA
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a data-driven approach.
• Strong executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management.
