Your Mission: The Founders' Trusted Co-Pilot

We are looking for a young, bright, and versatile individual with 3 months to 2 years of experience who is eager to learn and take ownership. If you are sharp, highly organized, and committed to getting things done, you will support the entire machine, focusing on efficiency, people, and solving problems across the board.

What You'll Actually Be Doing (Learning by Doing)

This role blends hands-on People/Admin tasks with vital support for the leadership team:

1. People Operations & Culture Support

  • Talent Support: Assist in growing our team, including basic onboarding, background verification, and maintaining HR documentation.
  • Employee Experience: Help create a positive, engaging work environment where employees feel valued and supported.
  • Engagement & Events: Organize training sessions, team-building activities, and support employee well-being initiatives.
  • LMS Management: Support the growing/building and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS) and internal knowledge repositories.

2. Office Administration & General Operations

  • Smooth Operations: Oversee all office facilities, maintain an efficient workspace, coordinate vendors, and manage travel bookings.
  • Administrative & Compliance Support: Assist with basic compliance and general operational needs, ensuring seamless day-to-day office management.

3. Founder's Office Support & Versatility

  • Research & Documentation: Conduct essential research, analysis, and documentation to prep briefings that aid the founders' decision-making.
  • Problem Solver & Fixer: Proactively identify inefficiencies, manage backlogs, and jump in to help wherever needed—an "anything that needs to be done" attitude to ensure the founders and the business stay focused.
  • Execution Support: Assist with internal programs and project deliverables, ensuring execution quality and timelines are met.
  • Executive Support: Help leadership with scheduling, coordination, and administrative needs.

What You Need to Bring

  • Experience: 3 months to 2 years of proven experience in a dynamic environment, preferably a startup, with a focus on organizational support. Freshers with exceptional drive are welcome to apply for a Trainee role.
  • Mindset: A proactive, eager-to-learn, and ownership-driven attitude. You may not run things independently right away, but you must own the task until it's done. Problem Solving must come naturally to you.
  • Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple small projects and deadlines. Sharp communication and organizational skills are crucial.
  • Technical Edge (Advantage): Familiarity with tools like Excel, Zoho People, Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, and the effective use of AI to augment your contributions.
  • Location: Based in Pune and available for an on-site role at our Prabhat Road, Pune office.
