Maison Megh is an experimental high fashion house rooted in Jaipur’s silver craft heritage. Founded by Meghna Ratra, the brand challenges conventions of Indian luxury by blending jewellery, clothing, and interdisciplinary art into a contemporary design ecosystem.

Role Overview

The Founder’s Office role is designed for someone who wants to be at the center of everything, working directly with the Founder and Creative Director while also being an integral part of the Strategy Team. You will have exposure across design, operations, and creative storytelling, while also contributing to digital marketing, performance marketing, and influencer collaborations that drive the brand forward.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the Founder in day to day planning and coordination across design, production, marketing, and operations

* Collaborate with the Strategy Team on digital campaigns, performance marketing analysis, and influencer partnerships

* Research trends in fashion, jewellery, culture, and consumer behavior to inform strategic decisions

* Assist in content creation and brand storytelling across digital platforms

* Coordinate with artisans, collaborators, and creative partners

* Help manage key projects, schedules, and communications across departments

What We’re Looking For

* A self starter with strong organizational and communication skills

* Keen interest in fashion, jewellery, and the intersection of art and culture

* Ability to balance creative thinking with structured execution

* Familiarity with or willingness to learn digital marketing, performance tracking, and influencer marketing
