The position is based in New Delhi, India and is a full-time role. As a valuable member of the team, your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with the founder to implement key business strategies, assess market opportunities, and drive the growth of the company. You will be tasked with overseeing various cross-functional projects to ensure they are aligned with company objectives and to streamline internal processes for optimal efficiency. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in supporting fundraising efforts, including the preparation of pitch decks, investor reports, and financial models, as well as engaging with stakeholders. Identifying and nurturing strategic partnerships with insurers, fintech companies, and other ecosystem stakeholders will also be a key aspect of your role. To inform business decisions, you will conduct in-depth research on industry trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape. Collaborating closely with product and marketing teams, you will utilize data-driven insights to enhance product offerings and improve the overall user experience. You will also have the opportunity to take ownership of high-priority projects in a startup environment, demonstrating your ability to work autonomously and deliver results effectively. The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a data-driven approach. Proficiency in financial modeling, business analysis, and presentation tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Notion is highly desirable. Preferred qualifications for this role include an MBA or a relevant degree in Business, Finance, or related fields, as well as prior experience in a founder's office, strategy, or business strategy roles.
