What You’ll Do Client Relationship Management & Strategy Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring a seamless and high-value partnership. Understand client goals, challenges, and industries to provide strategic recommendations. Build and maintain long-term relationships, driving client satisfaction and retention. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services. Business Growth & Revenue Expansion Develop account growth strategies to increase revenue from existing clients. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to bring in new business. Track key client metrics, revenue trends, and performance indicators to drive business outcomes. Negotiate contracts, renewals, and service agreements to maximize value for both parties. Project Management & Execution Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure client objectives are met. Act as a bridge between internal teams and clients, ensuring smooth execution. Solve challenges proactively and ensure client projects run efficiently. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with the branding, content, and strategy teams to align client expectations. Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to refine our offerings and approach. Participate in strategic planning and innovation discussions to improve services. What You’ll Need 3+ years of experience in client management, sales, business development, or account management. Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic and analytical mindset. Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts. Ability to drive results and manage multiple stakeholders across various industries. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in CRM tools, financial planning, and business forecasting.
