This is not just a technical role, we’re looking for someone who sees through the lens with instinct, who understands visual rhythm, and who can translate our world into striking, elevated imagery. Key Responsibilities • Shoot editorial and e-commerce content for silver jewelry and fashion • Film brand campaigns, short-form content, behind-the-scenes, and interviews • Edit visual material into high-impact films and photographs for digital and print • Work closely with the creative director to translate abstract ideas into cohesive visuals • Maintain a distinct, elevated visual language that aligns with the Maison Megh world • Manage and organize media assets with clarity and care • Execute shoots independently, from lighting to setup to post-production Requirements • 1-3 years of experience in photography + videography + editing • A strong portfolio of work in fashion, art, or culture-driven spaces • Command over DSLR/mirrorless cameras and natural/studio lighting setups • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, etc.) • A sharp eye for composition, color, texture, and detail • Strong editing instincts—especially for social media formats like reels and campaign films • Comfortable working solo or with a small, fast-moving team Good to have • Interest or experience in experimental formats—analog, collaging, projections • Motion graphics or animation basics • Ability to travel for shoots To Apply Send your portfolio, CV, and a short note about your relationship with visual storytelling to meghna@maisonmegh.com

Founded by Meghna Ratra, the brand challenges conventions of Indian luxury by blending jewellery, clothing, and interdisciplinary art into a contemporary design ecosystem. Role Overview The Founder’s Office role is designed for someone who wants to be at the center of everything, working directly with the Founder and Creative Director while also being an integral part of the Strategy Team. You will have exposure across design, operations, and creative storytelling, while also contributing to digital marketing, performance marketing, and influencer collaborations that drive the brand forward.
