Role Objective

strategy, operations, and product

Key Responsibilities

• Support the founders on

  cross-functional projects

  — strategy, product, marketing, and ground operations.
• Coordinate with field, tech, and partner teams to ensure smooth execution of ongoing pilots and partnerships.
• Conduct

  research and data analysis

  on horticulture markets, input commerce, and farmer behaviour.
• Prepare

  presentations, reports, and dashboards

  for internal reviews, partners, and investors.
• Assist in building and refining

  processes, SOPs, and content

  for WhatsApp and CRM systems.
• Liaise with external stakeholders — FPCs, startups, NGOs, and agri-ecosystem partners.
• Manage

  founder priorities and follow-ups

  , ensuring high-velocity execution across teams.

Who You Are

• Curious, analytical, and execution-driven with strong problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication (English + Hindi/Marathi preferred).
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and wearing multiple hats.
• Interest in

  agriculture, technology, and rural innovation.

• Proficiency in

  Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint, and basic CRM tools
