About Global HealthX (GHX) Global HealthX is the research, innovation, and venture platform of the Global Institute for Research and Innovation (GIRI) – envisioned by Dr. Ravindranath Kancherla , a pioneering leader in Indian healthcare, founder of Global Hospitals and Rainbow Hospitals, and Chairman of Laurus Labs. The Role – Founder’s Office (Dr. Ravindranath) As a core member of Dr. Ravindranath’s Founder’s Office , you will work across strategic initiatives, external partnerships, and key institutional projects led by GHX and GIRI. This is a high-trust, high-exposure role ideal for professionals with a mix of strategic acumen, execution capability, and operational finesse. You will be deeply involved in institutional building, national and international collaborations, and high-impact engagements with leaders across healthcare, academia, industry, and government. Key Responsibilities Founder Enablement & Strategic Support Manage and prioritize Dr. Ravindranath’s calendar, engagements, and information flow across GHX and GIRI initiatives Translate strategic vision into actionable project plans and support timely execution across stakeholder groups Prepare briefing notes, speeches, whitepapers, and internal concept documents Support preparation of decks, reports, and communication material for board meetings, partnerships, and public forums Stakeholder & Ecosystem Engagement Act as a liaison with investors, hospital groups, universities, think tanks, government agencies, and global partners Draft and review MoUs, proposals, and collaboration frameworks Represent the Founder’s Office in partner discussions and track follow-ups for execution Project Coordination & Research Track cross-functional initiatives spanning healthcare innovation, academic programs, incubation, and thought leadership Conduct research and synthesize inputs on healthcare policy, innovation trends, or strategic opportunities relevant to GHX and GIRI Maintain documentation and project dashboards for leadership updates Ideal Profile 4–6 years of full-time experience, with 2–3 years in a Founder’s Office / CXO support / consulting / venture / institutional role A degree from a Tier-1 MBA program or experience at a Tier-1 management consulting firm is highly preferred Prior experience in healthcare, education, policy, or technology sectors is highly preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex inputs into clear and actionable formats Excellent coordination, organizational, and stakeholder management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, research platforms, and productivity software Ability to thrive in dynamic, high-expectation environments with professionalism and discretion Why Join Us?
