About the Company

Founders Careers is working with an early stage (funded) startup that is building a new kind of healthcare company - one where hospitals are incentivized to keep people healthy, not just treat them when they’re sick. Founded by the team behind a leading healthcare fintech startup, our vision is to create a hospital-led, subscription-based platform for outcome-linked care. This means real-time health monitoring, regular screenings, early interventions, and complete care—before and after illness. We already work with 20,000+ hospital beds and are now assembling our founding team to co-build this category-defining platform from the ground up.

What We’re Hiring For

We're looking for mission-aligned builders to join us at Day 0. This is not a plug-and-play role—it’s an opportunity to co-design the product, tech, and strategy from scratch. You’ll help chart the roadmap to a healthier India, working alongside experienced operators, deep healthcare networks, and long-term capital.

What You’ll Do:

• Work closely with the founders to define and refine the go-to-market and execution roadmap
• Translate the broad healthcare vision into granular strategic initiatives and pilots
• Design pricing models, incentive structures, and new patient-hospital engagement mechanisms
• Conduct research on healthcare economics, global models (e.g. Kaiser Permanente, Neura), and Indian hospital workflows
• Develop strategic partnerships with hospitals, clinicians, and early customers
• Operate as a generalist – flexing between bizops, partnerships, market research, and special projects

You Might Be a Fit If You:

• Have 3–7 years in consulting, venture-backed startups, founder/GM roles, or similar
• Are highly analytical but biased toward action and first principles thinking
• Thrive in ambiguity and love building from scratch
• Are deeply interested in healthcare, insurance, or social impact sectors
