What You’ll Do

As a Talent Intern, your job is to uncover and bring in the most interesting startups, projects, and roles that deserve founder-level talent.

You’ll:

• Scout and curate: Identify very early-stage startups, hidden projects, and high-impact roles that would appeal to entrepreneurial talent.
• Outreach: Reach out to founders and early teams, build relationships, and onboard their opportunities to the platform.
• Discovery: Keep an eye on new trends, product launches, and early signals across the startup landscape.
• Collaborate: Work with the core team to continuously improve how we identify and present the right kind of opportunities for our network.
