Salary range: Rs 240000 - Rs 360000 (ie INR 2.4-3.6 LPA)

Min Experience: 0 yearsLocation: Remote (India)JobType: full-timeAs a Talent Intern, you will assist in managing various stages of the recruitment cycle, from identifying potential candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting onboarding activities. You will be involved in sourcing candidates through different platforms, maintaining candidate databases, conducting initial screening, and facilitating smooth communication across hiring teams. This role allows you to learn modern recruitment strategies, gain exposure to Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and understand the dynamics of hiring across different roles and departments. You will contribute to building strong talent pipelines, supporting HR initiatives, and enhancing the overall hiring process. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about people operations, communication, and organizational growth, and who want to develop their skills in the Talent Acquisition domain.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Sourcing: Assist in sourcing potential candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals
  • Initial Screening: Conduct basic screening calls to evaluate candidate suitability and alignment with role requirements
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, manage communication between candidates and hiring teams, and ensure a smooth interview experience
  • Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in ATS or internal databases with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Job Posting: Draft, update, and post job descriptions across job boards and hiring platforms
  • Talent Pipeline Support: Build and maintain active talent pipelines for recurring or upcoming hiring needs
  • Candidate Engagement: Ensure timely follow-ups, status updates, and communication to create a positive candidate experience
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and assist in creating recruitment strategies
  • Research & Networking: Conduct market research on talent trends and engage with candidates through online platforms
  • Employer Branding: Support initiatives such as content creation, event coordination, and social media hiring campaigns
  • Onboarding Assistance: Help with documentation, coordination, and communication during the onboarding process for selected candidates
  • Administrative Tasks: Provide operational support to the HR and recruitment team as required
