About Us:

Founders Careers is working with a healthcare startup that reimagines hospital care through a subscription-based, outcome-linked model, focusing on proactive health monitoring, early interventions, and continuous patient wellness.

What You’ll Do:

• Work closely with the founders to define and refine the go-to-market and execution roadmap
• Translate the broad healthcare vision into granular strategic initiatives and pilots
• Design pricing models, incentive structures, and new patient-hospital engagement mechanisms
• Conduct research on healthcare economics, global models (e.g., Kaiser Permanente, Neura), and Indian hospital workflows
• Develop strategic partnerships with hospitals, clinicians, and early customers
• Operate as a generalist – flexing between bizops, partnerships, market research, and special projects

You Might Be a Fit If You:

• Have 3–7 years in consulting, venture-backed startups, founder/GM roles, or similar
• Are highly analytical but biased toward action and first principles thinking
• Thrive in ambiguity and love building from scratch
• Are deeply interested in healthcare, insurance, or social impact sectors
