1. Role Summary & Key Objectives
- The Founders Office / Chief of Staff will act as a strategic extension of the Founder(s), driving execution across priority initiatives, improving operational rigor, and enabling faster, better decision-making. This role blends strategy, analytics, project execution, and stakeholder management.
- The key objective is to convert vision into execution ensuring company-wide priorities are clearly defined, tracked, and delivered, while freeing up the Founder(s) to focus on growth, customers, and long-term strategy.
2. Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Execution & PMO for Leadership Initiatives
- Drive execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives owned by the Founder(s).
- Translate high-level goals into actionable plans, milestones, and metrics.
- Business Planning & Performance Tracking
- Own company-level OKRs, dashboards, and review cadences.
- Track progress against business goals and flag risks, delays, or misalignment.
- Founder Support & Decision Enablement
- Prepare briefs, analyses, presentations, and recommendations for leadership decisions.
- Act as a thought partner to the Founder(s) on strategy, priorities, and trade-offs.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work with leaders across Sales, Product, Tech, Finance, HR, and Operations to ensure alignment.
- Resolve bottlenecks and drive accountability without formal authority.
- Special Projects & High-Impact Initiatives
- Lead confidential or high-priority projects such as GTM planning, org design, M&A support, or process transformation.
- Communication & Governance
- Drive leadership meetings, operating reviews, and follow-ups.
- Ensure clear communication of decisions and priorities across the organization.
- Process & Operating Rhythm Improvement
- Design and implement processes that improve speed, clarity, and execution discipline.
3. Must-Have Skills (Technical & Soft Skills)
Technical / Functional Skills
Strong understanding of business operations, strategy, and execution frameworks.
Experience in program management, PMO, or strategy execution roles.
High analytical capability comfortable with data, metrics, dashboards, and financial basics.
Ability to create board-level and leadership presentations.
Familiarity with OKRs, KPIs, operating cadences, and performance management.
Soft Skills
Exceptional communication, judgment, and stakeholder management.
High level of ownership, discretion, and confidentiality.

4. Good-to-Have Skills
- Background in consulting, startup leadership, or scaling organizations.
- Experience working directly with founders, CXOs, or boards.
- Exposure to SaaS, technology, or IT services businesses.
- Understanding of fundraising, investor relations, or M&A processes.
- MBA or equivalent advanced business education (preferred, not mandatory).
5. Experience Requirements
- 7-10 years of professional experience in strategy, operations, consulting, PMO, or leadership-adjacent roles.
- Proven experience driving cross-functional initiatives in high-growth or complex environments.
- Track record of working closely with senior leadership and influencing outcomes.
