Job Description

Project Management Executive (Web Mobile)

1. Role Summary Key Objectives

The Project Management Executive will support the end-to-end delivery of web and mobile application projects, ensuring smooth coordination between design, development, QA, and client teams. The role focuses on planning, tracking, communication, and execution to deliver high-quality digital products within scope, timelines, and budget.

Key objectives include improving delivery efficiency, maintaining stakeholder visibility, ensuring timely escalations, and driving project outcomes aligned with business goals.

2. Core Responsibilities

Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking multiple web and mobile development projects.

Coordinate between cross-functional teams (UI/UX, development, QA, DevOps) to ensure aligned delivery.

Maintain project documentation including SOW, requirement briefs, timelines, sprint plans, and status reports.

Drive daily stand-ups, sprint coordination, and ensure timely completion of milestones.

Communicate proactively with clients on progress, dependencies, risks, and change requests.

Monitor project risks, delays, and issues and support timely resolution or escalation.

Ensure adherence to quality standards, delivery processes, and project governance practices.

3. Must-Have Skills (Technical Soft)

Technical Skills

Strong understanding of web and mobile project lifecycle (design development QA release).

Exposure to Agile/Scrum practices and sprint-based delivery.

Hands-on experience with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or similar).

Ability to interpret technical requirements, user stories, basic APIs, and functional specs.

Basic familiarity with UI/UX workflows and mobile app deployment processes (Android/iOS).

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Strong ownership, organization, and follow-up discipline.

Problem-solving mindset with ability to manage dependencies and constraints.

Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

High attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and process adherence.

4. Good-to-Have Skills

Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams in a product or services environment.

Certification in Agile/Scrum (CSM/PSM) or project management.

Understanding of QA cycles, automation basics, and release management.

Experience interacting with international clients or distributed teams.

Familiarity with Figma, Miro, or other collaboration tools.

5. Experience Requirements

4-7 years of experience in project coordination or project management in IT/software.

Must have managed or coordinated

web and mobile application

projects.

Proven experience in client management and delivery tracking.

Exposure to Agile project execution and sprint ceremonies.

6. KPIs / Success Metrics

On-time delivery rate of project milestones and releases.

Client satisfaction (CSAT) and feedback scores.

Reduction in project escalations, rework, or delivery delays.

Accurate reporting, documentation completeness, and governance adherence.

Sprint velocity consistency and team delivery predictability.

Quality metrics: defect leakage reduction and adherence to acceptance criteria.

Effective communication and stakeholder alignment across all stages.
