Role Description


In reality, the role doesn’t come with a definition or a checklist of job responsibilities. As Founders Office Intern, you will be expected to have a whatever it takes approach to help the team in some of the key business areas and founders with client calls/visits.

Assisting the founder in day-to-day tasks and activities.

Conducting research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Contributing to business development initiatives and expansion plans.

Helping with administrative tasks, scheduling, and organizing meetings.

Participating in brainstorming sessions and providing creative ideas.

Supporting marketing and communication efforts.

Assisting in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.

Learning from the founder's experience and gaining insights into entrepreneurship

Requirements:

Strong Communication Skills: Being able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, is crucial when working closely with the founder and other team members.

Initiative: Taking the initiative to identify tasks that need attention and proactively working on them without constant supervision is highly valued.

Problem-Solving Abilities: As part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment, being able to analyze problems and propose innovative solutions is beneficial.

Organizational Skills: Juggling multiple tasks and priorities may be common in a founder's office, so strong organizational skills are important.

Tech Savviness: Familiarity with relevant software tools and technology used in the office can enhance your productivity and efficiency.

Collaborative Nature: Working well with others, being a team player, and maintaining positive working relationships are essential in any office environment.
