Hyperleap AI is looking for ambitious and driven individuals eager to learn, execute, and grow in a fast-paced startup. As part of the CEO’s Office, you will be the right hand to the Founder, working on everything from leading key projects to handling critical execution tasks—whatever it takes to make things happen.

At Hyperleap AI, we are building AI that delivers real ROI for businesses. We start with AI chatbots that help businesses grow and expand into workflow automation, internal tools, and developer APIs. We are one of India's only full-stack AI platform that delivers AI to a business's customers, employees, and products.

Role Description

In this role, you will work closely with the CEO to -

• Research markets, competitors, and AI adoption trends
• Draft crisp content: product notes, posts, and founder updates
• Assist creating proposals, presentations, case studies and reports
• Support growth campaigns (LinkedIn, email, website, community outreach)
• Sales & Marketing: Assist in campaigns, outreach, and customer interactions.
• Prepare briefing notes, presentations, and insights for meetings and demos
• Operations & Execution: Create and improve processes, manage vendors, and optimize workflows.
• Assist in channel partnerships, ecosystem connects, and investor communications
• Collaboration: Work with partners, vendors, and internal teams to execute key projects.
• Take ownership of miscellaneous tasks that help the company move forward.

You will have a real output — something that ships, goes live, or generates impact by generating business for the company. You will directly report to the CEO.

Qualifications

• 3rd / 4th year student or fresher (<2y exp) with strong curiosity about startups & AI
• Great written and spoken communicator + strong at problem-solving.
• Analytical and proactive — you don’t wait for instructions
• Comfortable using ChatGPT, Notion, Canva, or similar tools
• Bonus: know basic design, coding, or data visualization
• Above all, you want to learn how to build and sell something from scratch

Bonus:

• Prior experience in startups, consulting, or cross-domain roles is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields (or currently pursuing one if applicable)
