Role Overview

Founder’s Office Associate

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Support:

    Assist the Founder in day-to-day decision-making, meeting preparation, project tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Market & Business Research:

    Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, potential clients, partnership opportunities, and competitor activities.
  • Execution of Special Projects:

    Drive execution on high-priority strategic and operational projects across departments (Sales, Marketing, HR, Delivery).
  • Internal Communications:

    Act as a liaison between the Founder and department heads, ensuring clear communication and alignment on key goals.
  • Meeting & Agenda Management:

    Organize, attend, and track action items from internal and external meetings.
  • Process Improvement:

    Identify bottlenecks in operations and propose improvements for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Confidential Support:

    Handle sensitive business information with utmost integrity and discretion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. MBA or experience in a startup/consulting environment is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • High ownership, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work in ambiguity.
  • Excellent command over Excel, PowerPoint, and business communication tools.
  • Prior exposure to Salesforce or SaaS industry is a bonus.
