Role: Founder's Office Associate – SCPL & AllDaysObjective Support the founders in day-to-day execution, analysis, and coordination across two fast-moving businesses — Sweet Confectionery Pvt Ltd (SCPL): a leading confectionery manufacturer focused on operational efficiency and plant performance. AllDays: an early-stage fitness & wellness booking platform scaling partnerships and product operations. 1. SCPL – Operations Support Primary focus: streamline plant-level execution, efficiency tracking, and reporting. Track daily production data , raw material consumption, and output across lines. Monitor downtime, wastage, and yield efficiency; flag variances to plant head. Coordinate with production, maintenance, and stores teams for issue closure. Maintain and update MIS reports : RM inward/outward, daily dispatches, job cards, and machine utilization. Support implementation of automation, process tracking, or ERP modules. Prepare capex/maintenance trackers and vendor comparison sheets. Assist in ensuring audit readiness and compliance documentation (BIS, FSSAI, etc.). Follow up on inter-department actions decided during review meetings. 2. AllDays – Startup Operations & Execution Primary focus: support rollout, partnerships, and marketing coordination. Coordinate between founders, tech team, and partner studios for onboarding and app testing. Maintain trackers for live partners, sessions, and revenue metrics. Support in organizing AllDays events (e.g., Beyond Reps sessions) — logistics, partner coordination, post-event feedback. Assist in creating content briefs and communication for social media or emailers. Analyze user feedback and app analytics to identify operational improvements. Maintain partnership and lead databases (Google Sheets / Notion / CRM). Draft basic decks, documents, and reports for investor or internal reviews. 3. Cross-Functional Execution & Reporting Prepare weekly summaries for founders combining SCPL and AllDays highlights. Maintain an action-tracker for key projects, ensuring timely updates from all teams. Create simple dashboards for founders — production status, open issues, key metrics. Help organize review meetings: prepare notes, circulate minutes, and track closures. Handle small, ad-hoc founder tasks — research, vendor calls, data compilation, etc. 4. Founder Enablement & Coordination Maintain daily/weekly task list aligned with founder priorities. Schedule and prepare for internal and external meetings (minutes, data, follow-ups). Assist in document management, filing, and ensuring version control. Act as a communication bridge between the founders and different teams. Profile Fit Experience: 0–3 years (fresh graduate or early professional in ops/startup role). Education: Engineering / Business / Commerce background preferred. Skills: strong Excel/Google Sheets, coordination, communication, and analytical ability. Mindset: ownership-driven, detail-oriented, adaptable between factory and startup settings. Bonus: interest in manufacturing efficiency, consumer tech, or business operations.
