Role Summary

Senior ForgeRock Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement IAM solutions including identity provisioning, authentication, and authorization using the ForgeRock Identity Platform.
• Customize and configure ForgeRock components (Identity Manager, Access Manager, Directory Services) for seamless integration with enterprise systems.
• Design and implement IAM workflows, policies, and procedures to ensure secure and efficient access management.
• Manage

  user lifecycle events

  (onboarding, offboarding, and role changes) in compliance with security policies.
• Automate provisioning and de-provisioning processes to improve efficiency.
• Define and enforce

  RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), SoD (Segregation of Duties), and Least Privilege policies

  .
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in ForgeRock configurations and integrations.
• Develop and maintain solutions for

  SSO, MFA, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and SAML

  .
• Integrate ForgeRock IDM with REST APIs and cloud-based applications.
• Implement identity federation solutions and external IdP integrations.
• Deploy and support ForgeRock stack on

  cloud platforms (AKS/GKE)

  with CI/CD and DevOps best practices.
• Perform ForgeRock UI customization, scripting (JavaScript, Groovy), and code development.
• Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure quality and security compliance.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and Compliance teams to align IAM initiatives with business objectives.
• Provide clear communication of IAM-related updates and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong expertise in

  ForgeRock Identity Platform (IDM, AM, DS)

  .
• Proficiency in

  Java, JavaScript, Groovy scripts, REST APIs, and LDAP

  .
• Experience with IAM protocols:

  SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect

  .
• Knowledge of IAM workflows, role-based access controls, and identity lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience deploying IAM in cloud environments (AKS/GKE) with

  CI/CD and DevOps tools

  .
• Familiarity with

  UI customization, scripting, and advanced ForgeRock configurations

  .
• Experience in designing and implementing complex, enterprise-scale IAM solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot IAM-related issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Certifications in ForgeRock or IAM technologies.
• Prior experience in Agile environments.
• Exposure to security compliance frameworks.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.

• 5+ years

  of experience in IAM solutions with at least

  3+ years in ForgeRock technologies
