About the Role:

We are hiring experienced Java Full Stack Developers for an exciting opportunity with Diensten Tech Limited, deployed at the end client –

Ford Motor Company. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in Java Full Stack Development, with hands-on experience

in Spring Boot, Angular, Microservices, and cloud platforms like GCP. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering

high-quality software solutions in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable and efficient full stack web applications using Java, Angular, Spring Boot, and Microservices

architecture.

• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver high-

performance solutions.

• Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with frontend frameworks.

• Leverage GCP services for cloud-native development, deployment, and scalability.

• Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and optimize performance across the full application stack.

• Ensure the application is responsive, secure, and meets the performance benchmarks.

• Adhere to best practices in software development and agile methodologies.

• Continuously explore, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 4 to 15 years of hands-on experience in Java Full Stack Development.

• Strong proficiency in:

o Java, Spring Boot

o Angular (latest versions preferred)

o Microservices Architecture

o RESTful API Development

o Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

• Strong knowledge of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.

• Experience in CI/CD, Git, and modern DevOps tools is a plus.

• Good understanding of unit testing and test automation frameworks.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience working in the automotive or manufacturing domain.

• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
