Responsibilities: Develop compelling and on-trend social media content , including Reels , scripts for Reels , and long-form videos . Brainstorm and research new content ideas that align with our brand voice and objectives. Assist with all stages of video production, from concept to post-production. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Collaborate with the team to ensure content is high-quality, engaging, and consistent across platforms. Requirements: A strong portfolio or examples of previous digital content creation work (Reels, short videos, scripts, etc.) is highly desirable. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, etc.) and familiarity with social media platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must possess your own laptop/desktop, a reliable internet connection, and a good-quality camera/smartphone. Passion for creating engaging and impactful digital content. Program Structure: Duration: 2 Months Work Arrangement: Hybrid 1 day per week in-office (for collaborative sessions, training, and equipment access if needed). 4 days per week remote/work-from-home.
