The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of IAM/IGA technologies, frameworks, and best practices, along with the ability to lead engineering teams and initiatives in a complex security landscape. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage IGA engineering projects and teams. Design, implement, and support enterprise IAM/IGA solutions (e.g., Saviynt preferred, SailPoint , Okta ). Develop and maintain IGA system architecture, integrations, and automation frameworks aligned with business needs. Implement Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC), SOD, Access Re-Certification, and User Activity Monitoring. Onboard third-party and cloud applications using federation protocols within and beyond the IGA platform. Drive identity management as a critical enterprise security pillar using standard IAM practices. Identify and lead improvements in data quality and process automation for the IGA function. Support daily security operations including account provisioning, access reviews, and incident resolution. Ensure security governance policies, audits, and compliance reviews are consistently maintained. Customize IAM workflows, forms, rules, provisioning, and certifications. Minimum Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related field. 8+ years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on IAM/IGA. 8+ years of hands-on experience with IAM solutions (e.g., Saviynt , SailPoint , Okta ). 2+ years of experience in leading IAM/IGA engineering teams or projects. Strong knowledge of access control, directory services, federation standards (SAML, LDAP, SCIM, OAuth, OpenID Connect). Proficiency in scripting and programming (e.g., PowerShell , SQL ). Understanding of operating systems (Windows/Unix/Linux) and computer networking fundamentals. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical teams. Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps tools for CI/CD. Preferred/Bonus Skills: Technical certifications in Saviynt , SailPoint IIQ/IDN , Oracle Identity Governance , One Identity , RSA , etc. Experience with Azure AD , Okta , and other SSO/MFA solutions. Integration experience with ADSI , ServiceNow , and IGA platforms. Knowledge of PAM solutions (BeyondTrust, CyberArk, Thycotic, Centrify, Hashicorp). Familiarity with Directory/Virtual Directory Services (e.g., AD, Radiant Logic). Experience defining or improving IAM processes (e.g., incident/change/configuration management).
