Job Summary:

IGA Lead


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage IGA engineering projects and teams.
  • Design, implement, and support enterprise IAM/IGA solutions (e.g.,

    Saviynt

    – preferred,

    SailPoint

    ,

    Okta

    ).
  • Develop and maintain IGA system architecture, integrations, and automation frameworks aligned with business needs.
  • Implement Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC), SOD, Access Re-Certification, and User Activity Monitoring.
  • Onboard third-party and cloud applications using federation protocols within and beyond the IGA platform.
  • Drive identity management as a critical enterprise security pillar using standard IAM practices.
  • Identify and lead improvements in data quality and process automation for the IGA function.
  • Support daily security operations including account provisioning, access reviews, and incident resolution.
  • Ensure security governance policies, audits, and compliance reviews are consistently maintained.
  • Customize IAM workflows, forms, rules, provisioning, and certifications.


Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on IAM/IGA.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with IAM solutions (e.g.,

    Saviynt

    ,

    SailPoint

    ,

    Okta

    ).
  • 2+ years of experience in leading IAM/IGA engineering teams or projects.
  • Strong knowledge of access control, directory services, federation standards (SAML, LDAP, SCIM, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
  • Proficiency in scripting and programming (e.g.,

    PowerShell

    ,

    SQL

    ).
  • Understanding of operating systems (Windows/Unix/Linux) and computer networking fundamentals.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps tools for CI/CD.

  • Understanding of

  • Experience in client-facing presentations, including executive-level stakeholder communication.
