candidate will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining MongoDB-based solutions that support

high performance, scalability, and data integrity.

Responsibilities:

• Upgrade MongoDB databases through patches and version updates.

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and develop scalable MongoDB-based

solutions.

• Optimize database schemas, ensure data integrity, and apply best practices for performance, security,

and scalability.

• Use MongoDB Profiler to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.

• Implement performance optimization techniques such as proper indexing (B-Tree, Geospatial, and Text

indexes).

• Leverage MongoDB’s Aggregation Framework for complex data transformations and operations.

• Integrate MongoDB with other systems and applications to enable smooth data flow.

• (Good to have) Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to interface with MongoDB.

• Troubleshoot and resolve database performance, availability, and scalability issues.

• Stay updated with the latest MongoDB features and industry best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and product managers to deliver

high-quality software.

• Document database designs, architecture, and implementation processes.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience as a MongoDB Developer or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in MongoDB and other NoSQL databases.

• Strong understanding of MongoDB’s aggregation framework and data modeling.

• Experience in building and maintaining RESTful APIs.

• Excellent database optimization and performance tuning skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to work effectively within a team.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
