Digital Transformation Leader

As a Digital Transformation Consultant/Leader, you will play a crucial role in driving technological advancements and optimizing operations within the Staffing and BPO sectors. Your primary responsibility will be to assess the current technology landscape, identify efficient solutions, and develop strategies to enhance operational agility and competitiveness through technology-enabled services. Your key responsibilities will include evaluating the existing technology integration within operations, proposing practical and cost-effective solutions to improve efficiency, analyzing industry trends to identify opportunities for business growth, designing actionable plans for technology implementation, collaborating with stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives, optimizing costs while maximizing ROI, and providing guidance for the seamless adoption of recommended technologies. To excel in this role, you should have over 15 years of experience in the BPO and Staffing sectors, a deep understanding of operational and technological requirements, expertise in relevant technology solutions like HRIS, CRM, automation tools, and data analytics platforms, a knack for cost-conscious innovation, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a focus on pragmatic, results-driven solutions. A Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field is required, with advanced degrees or certifications being a plus. Preferred skills include familiarity with industry-specific tools, experience with cloud-based solutions, AI-driven automation, and data-driven decision-making for operational optimization. This is a 1-year contract role based in Bangalore with the potential for extension, offering competitive compensation based on experience.
