## Open Roles

### Footwear Designer (Creative)

- Experience: 1–5 years

- Focus: Concept to creation across seasonal collections

- You’ll:

- Research trends, consumers, and materials to create compelling design directions

- Sketch, render, and develop color/material stories

- Build CADs and design boards (Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop or equivalent)

- Collaborate with development, sourcing, and merchandising

- Participate in prototyping, fit reviews, and design refinements

### Footwear Technical Designer

- Experience: 5–10 years

- Focus: Turning creative concepts into manufacturable, high-quality products

- You’ll:

- Own pattern engineering, last/fit, grading, and technical specifications

- Create detailed tech packs, BOMs, and tolerance guidelines

- Work closely with tooling/molds, materials, and factories to optimize build and cost

- Drive sample evaluations, wear tests, and quality/compliance standards

- Troubleshoot construction and manufacturing issues

## Who You Are

- Education: Graduate from a design school or fashion college (footwear, industrial design, fashion design or related)

- Portfolio: Strong, relevant portfolio showcasing end-to-end work (required)

- Skills:

- Designers: concepting, storytelling, CMF (color/material/finish), CAD, presentation

- Technical Designers: fit/lasts, construction methods, materials, tooling, documentation

- Mindset: Detail-oriented, collaborative, proactive, and user-centered

- Availability: Comfortable working on-site at our Delhi design centre
