Position: FoodCourt Manager Location: Foodcourt Culture, Palsana Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the food court café, ensuring smooth service and high customer satisfaction. Manage and lead the team – including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance reviews. Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with FSSAI and safety standards. Handle customer feedback, queries, and complaints with professionalism. Track sales, control wastage, and ensure cost-effective operations. Share daily/weekly reports and business updates with the management. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in managing a café, restaurant, or food court setup. Strong team management, communication, and leadership skills. Must be well-versed with Pet Pooja software (billing, inventory, and reporting). Proficiency in handling POS, cash flow, and daily sales reports.
