Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Food Court Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain the highest standards of hygiene, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate should be proactive, well-organized, and passionate about hospitality. Key Responsibilities : * Supervise and coordinate all food court operations on a daily basis. * Manage and schedule staff (waiters, cleaners, kitchen assistants). * Ensure all food and beverages meet quality and hygiene standards. * Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally. * Oversee inventory, purchasing, and vendor coordination. * Monitor sales and prepare daily operational reports for management. * Maintain cost control and minimize wastage. * Enforce company policies, cleanliness, and safety regulations. * Work closely with the Head Office for audits, promotions, and HR coordination. Qualifications & Skills : * Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel / Hospitality Management (preferred). * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in food service or hospitality management. * Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols. * Basic computer skills (POS, Excel, and reporting tools). * Ability to multitask and handle pressure during rush hours. Compensation : * Salary will be based on experience and interview performance.
