Job Description

Operational Management: Oversee daily F&B operations across the restaurant, bar, room service, and banquet events. Ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with brand standards in food, beverage, and service. Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for event setup, execution, and post-event breakdown. Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all outlets. Financial Management: Develop and manage the F&B budget; monitor revenue and expenses. Conduct monthly cost analysis and implement cost control measures (food cost, beverage cost, labor). Prepare and analyze daily sales reports and forecast trends. Ensure inventory control and timely procurement of supplies. Sales & Marketing: Collaborate with the sales team to promote banquets and F&B offerings. Create and implement promotions, seasonal menus, and events to drive revenue. Engage with corporate and banquet clients to understand needs and customize offerings. Customer Service: Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through excellent service standards. Handle guest complaints and feedback with professionalism and promptness. Regularly review guest feedback and implement improvements. Team Management: Recruit, train, and lead the F&B team (service, kitchen liaison, banquet staff). Schedule staff and ensure adequate coverage for operations and events. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred. Minimum 5 years of F&B experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role in a hotel environment. Experience in managing banquet operations and corporate events is a must. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of F&B software (POS systems, inventory management). Hands-on experience in cost control, vendor management, and customer relations. Work Conditions: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per business needs. Ability to stand for long hours and manage physically demanding tasks during event setups.
